Under Art. 3.2 of the Act of 4 Apr. 2019 on the Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Sector Bodies (Dz.U. 2019 no. 848),

The space inside the building of the International Cultural Centre in Krakow is adapted for use by people with mobility impairments. Assistance dogs or guide dogs are permitted on the premises in all rooms open to the general public.
BUILDING ENTRANCE
Entryway to the building has the required width of 1.5 m. It is free of any mobile elements or fixed barriers. A ramp with a low running slope leads to the front door. There is a video door phone to the right of the entrance; it is adapted for use by people with mobility impairments so they can call a security guard for assistance if needed.
INDUCTION LOOPS
Fixed induction loops are installed in the building at
BARRIERS IN THE BUILDING
The majority of circulation spaces in the building are free of any barriers. The exceptions are:
PERSONAL LIFTS
All other spaces are accessible from the ground-floor level by two lifts located in the main building and the annex. All the utility floors can be reached by lift: the Gallery, the Library, and historical cellars. Clearance of appropriate width is provided in front of the lifts.
DISABLED BATHROOMS
There are three disabled bathrooms in the building: the foyer of the Conference Room (ground floor); the Gallery (first floor); the Library (third floor, annex). They are of required size and offer enough room to move around.
ASSISTANCE
Due to the considerable size of the building and the number of circulation spaces, the building may be hard to navigate unassisted, especially for blind or visually impaired visitors. For this reason, our staff is available to help you move around the building. Should you be in need of such help, please inform the reception desk, which is located 15 metres down the entryway, on the right. To make access to the reception desk easier, tactile ground surface indicators have been installed, starting at the front door.
RELAX FACILITIES
Areas that require walking or travelling large distances (front door, hall) have relax facilities: chairs with armrests that will help you rise or change seats.

Everyone has the right to demand that a website, mobile application or any element of them be made accessible digitally. You can also demand content to be released in an alternative way, for example by reading out a document that is inaccessible digitally or describing a content of a video without audio description etc.
The demand should include the requester’s contact details, identify the website or mobile application concerned, and specify a preferred method of communication. If the requester demands inaccessible information to be released in an alternative form, the person should indicate a convenient form of release. A public sector body should deal with a demand immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date the demand is filed. If it turns out impossible to ensure accessibility or release the requested information in an alternative way within this timeframe, the request should be complied with no later than two months from filing. If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public sector body may propose an alternative way of accessing the information.
If the public sector body dismisses a request to make content accessible or to release information in an alternative way, the requester can file a digital accessibility complaint in respect of the website or mobile application concerned or an element thereof. When the procedure is exhausted, you can complain to the Ombudsman. To do that use the contact form available of the website of the Obudsman’s office at https://www.rpo.gov.pl/content/kontakt.
We are at your service from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
